Kim Arnett, Director of Client Experiences and Operations at La Casa of Mason Creek, invited me to join her for lunch last week.
How lucky am I?
I wrote about La Casa back in February when we attended its Open House. I was very excited to take a tour of the beautiful venue to see the many changes. With more to come.
New landscaping and pavers lead guests into La Casa.
View from the second floor.
The lovely new walkway leads into a welcoming entry.
You may remember from my last visit that there was a unique glass-topped table created on an old boat. It has been moved to make room for seating 120 guests.
Kim’s husband Mark is a driftwood artist and created the beautiful benches.
The ground floor area opens up to the lush green lawn behind La Casa. Perfect spot for a lovely wedding.
Steps and a small wall have been added. A firepit will be moved from the ground floor to the woodsy area right off of the steps.
Amazing Views of Mason Creek
The boat table is now in a private dining area. The room is not yet complete, garage doors will be replaced with doors that fit the theme of La Casa.
One of the four bedrooms
And another one.
Special custom touches in the bathrooms.
Exquisite fountains grace the property
Many more changes are to come including additional landscaping, updates to the interior and a pool. I’m eagerly looking forward to my next tour!
