A second pic for Saturday. I have been looking for basil. Home Depot, Color Country Nursery, Walmart. If they have it, it’s covered with fungus or half dead. I planted some in a pot and none came up–probably because the squirrels thought I put that bowl of dirt out there just so they could hide acorns. Finally. At Publix!!! And it’s so pretty and healthy.

Friday Again

It’s been a crazy busy week. North Dakota family came in on Monday and just left Thursday with a return on Saturday. Maybe I’ll get caught up!

I didn’t go to the Mullet Toss meeting so can’t share any details. Hung out with the granddaughters instead.

The Old Homosassa Learning Center is starting the Sew Cool Workshop back up on March 15th. Except we don’t have a teacher. Nor sewing machines. Bring your own! And we are doing crafts now. Or just chatting.

Piper kindly posed with my scrappy quilt that I’m stitching together. I wanted to get the azaleas in but there is no way I can match the real life beauty of these blooms with a camera.
