Dogs in the Hood

Let’s have another Dogs in the Hood this month.  Some of my friends out there have sent me a few photos of their pooches.

These are Donna’s dogs.  Yeah, count them, there are six!

Dogs in the Hood
Trinity, Reese’s, Demon, Remy, Roxie, and Boomer.

So one day they decided to build a shed.  They gathered their tools and spread all the shed parts out before they realized that they didn’t have thumbs! Silly dogs!

This is a rare photograph of the elusive Max that Vera sent.  Max runs when he sees a camera or phone pointed in his direction!  Possibly an undercover spy.

Cocktail Cruise

Spring is actually here and I think it might be staying.  Weather was wonderful and the water was high so we went out on a cocktail cruise this week.

Cocktail Cruise
Even my yard is greening up. And all the trees are lovely!
Cocktail Cruise
More palm trees are loosing their fronds. I’ve heard two theories, the first is from salt water incursion, the second is disease.  I think disease since the marsh has always been brackish.

The bridge we don’t go under.  Because there are trolls.

This is the place that Lauri, Alan, Kathryn and Darin are renting during the Jubilee!

Diesel is guarding his property. Or wanting to go with us!

Looking forward to more cocktail cruises and fishing!

My Weekend

Spring came back!  Let’s go outside!

A walk to the boat ramp

My Weekend
Too cold to ride our bikes but there were a lot of boats at the ramp. First time we’ve seen a line all winter.

A trip to the farm store

I love this fat cat. He opens the bags of pet food and eats to his heart’s content.
My Weekend
One of several vats of peeps.  Not the marshmallow kind. Terry again wisely said, “No, you can’t have chickens”

Work in the yard
