Last Friday, the 14th, I saw this very scared cat sneaking across my driveway. I went out and she took off. After calling Kitty,Kitty,Kitty. She stopped. I fed her some deli turkey. Took her picture. Went on my way.
I told a friend about her and found out she was a HUGE cat lover. She then arrived with canned and dry cat food. KittyKitty returned that evening for the food.
And the next morning.
Now my back deck is here home. I’m okay with that. I had spotted her earlier in the week running across the street and figured someone had dumped her. But. Just to make sure I posted her on FB and went around asking neighbors. They had seen her hanging around but didn’t know where she came from.
She was so afraid at first but her personality is slowly emerging. She purred on Sunday. Meowed on Monday. And left the deck for a moment today because I was working in the yard.
I’m taking her to the vet this afternoon to get her checked out. Until then, she’s just a stray cat. If she is okay. KittyKitty is mine.
